This notice describes the EZY PZ LTD website and initial inquiry process. An engagement may require additional instructions for the records and services involved.
Information in an inquiry
An inquiry may include your name, email address, service interest, a general description, and an optional deadline. We use those details to respond and discuss the requested work. Please provide only information needed for that conversation.
Keep sensitive information out of the form and ordinary email
Do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank or payment details, identity documents, passwords, access codes, or confidential client records through the contact form or ordinary email. There is no file-upload field in the initial inquiry.
Arrange delivery before sharing records
Contact 702-421-1111 or sales@ezypz.com for delivery instructions. Confirm the recipient and approved transfer method before sending confidential material. The required records and handling arrangements should be identified in your engagement.
Website and delivery providers
The public website is hosted on Vercel. When online inquiry sending is available, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and Resend routes the inquiry to the EZY PZ sales inbox. Those providers process technical or message information needed to supply their services.
Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and, when enabled, general actions such as requesting help or selecting a service. Our event tracking does not send your form text, name, email, or deadline. We remove query strings and fragments from tracked page addresses and honor the browser's Do Not Track setting.
Records, questions, and requests
For questions about access to an inquiry, correction, deletion, or applicable retention requirements, contact sales@ezypz.com. Do not include identity documents in the initial request. Any necessary verification or record handling will be arranged separately.
